Cancellation and Refund Policy
Recreation registration is non-refundable.
Regional League and Competitive refunds are as noted below:
Unexpected events, such as athlete illness and member job relocation, can result in the athlete having to withdraw from the season. In the event an athlete has to withdraw from the season, Ignite will issue refunds as follows based on the timing of the athlete’s withdrawal:
-Before December 1st, 50% of fees refunded
-After December 1st, Non – Refundable
Summer Camps Recreational and Pre Season Competitive
-90% refundable until 35 days prior to camp
-50% refundable until 15 days prior to camp
-non-refundable 14 days prior to camp
All fees are due and payable on the first day of each session. Member payments that are returned for any reason will incur a $35.00 service charge by Ignite, in addition to any fees the member may incur through their own bank, and will be added to the amount of the returned cheque and are due and payable immediately. Ignite reserves the right to require alternate payment from any members whose cheques are returned twice in a year. Those members who have two payments returned (e.g., NSF) will be asked to pay in cash, money order or certified cheque.
