Our Programs

Fun, Friends and Fitness for kids to mature Adults! Who doesn’t enjoy swimming – it’s a great way to stay active! Athletes from swimming, dance, gymnastics and cheerleading backgrounds have joined the club’s recreational programs to combine the fun & skills they enjoy into one fantastic sport.

Either as a new challenge for a strong swimmer or as a complement to swimming lessons, our innovative artistic swimming programs offer a fun activity and an introduction to a unique and challenging sport.

Recreational Programs

Regional League

Regional League (Previously Known as Novice/Teen Synchro) is a program environment based on inclusion, fun, skill development and fairness of competition. It offers commitment levels that encourage multi-sport/activity involvement, financially accessibly way to be involved in artistic swimming at a competitive level. It is a program that limits travelling to the Region, and brings a more relaxed and stress-free competitive environment for swimmers who are new to the sport, or who are lifelong members of the program. Regional league is based on participation, and skill development.

Competitive artistic swimming is a challenging sport that provides swimmers with many unique skills and opportunities that will last a lifetime.

Our athletes develop a high level of fitness, flexibility, grace, stamina, confidence and pride in their club, their team, themselves and their sport. As members of a team, swimmers also learn about commitment, sportsmanship, communication, time management and goal setting.

Athletes with unique abilities (AUA)

Ignite Artistic Swimming believes in inclusivity and providing programming for all athletes. We offer special AUA programing in all aspects of our club: recreational, regional league and competitive. If you have an athlete who has cognitive or physical disabilities and are interested in participating in artistic swimming, please contact our Recreational Coordinator to discuss programming options for you!

Adult Programming

Artistic swimming is a lifelong sport! We offer programming for people new to the sport and those at a competitive masters level. We know that life is busy and offer programming that fits your busy days.

Summer Training

Our club offers summer programming for both new and experienced artistic swimmers.
